The Congress-hotel Forum has an accumulative loyalty program that allows our Guests to receive discounts for all services provided in the hotel. You can become a member of our loyalty program after your 5th stay in the hotel. There are three membership levels:
1) 5% discount card upon your 5th stay
2) 10% discount card after accumulating 75 000 RUB
3) 15% discount card after accumulating 150 000 RUB
Guests are welcome to check the revenue from their accommodation at the reception. Guest-loyalty cards are valid for all the services provided on the hotel premises, but can’t be applied to the contract prices. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
